Construction of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) building is ongoing, with upcoming work including window installation, electrical service, and plumbing. Installation of the landscape buffer continues, and reclamation of the laydown yards is underway. The project is also beginning reclamation and soil decompaction along the access roads.
